Earlham Early Years Centre is a Children’s Centre developed from a Nursery School committed to building links with the community and working in a multi-agency way. Our aim is to improve outcomes for all young children, and in particular to close the gap between the outcomes for the most disadvantaged and others. You will be a talented project manager who shares this vision and has experience of initiating and developing productive partnerships with statutory, private and/or voluntary agencies. With an empathy towards the needs of local families, you will need to be able to identify gaps in service and activity provision through consultation with families and partner agencies. Experience of proving impact of service provision through data and narrative reporting is essential. Qualified to at least degree level in a relevant discipline such as Early Years, Health or Social Work, you will have leadership experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to inspire your enthusiastic, newly established team of community support staff. You will possess excellent communication skills at all levels and have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with the Head of Nursery, to maintain the integrated approach of the Centre.
