F/T Team Leader (Job Share)
Salary subject to qualifications and experience
18.5 hours per week based at Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre.
We are looking for:
* Supervision and motivational skills
* Experience of Managing a small team
* Excellent customer care skills
* Current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification & First Aid at Work
* High standards of cleanliness in a service environment
* Ability to cover for Duty Manager's shifts
* Sports Coaching qualifications would be an advantage
