FINANCE & COMMERCIAL MANAGER

30-37.5 hours per week (working over 5 days)

Salary £42-£48k per annum (pro-rated)

We are looking to fill this Senior Management Team position with a talented, highly self-motivated and commercially astute qualified accountant.

You will be responsible for providing financial and commercial advice to support profitable hospital growth. Production and delivery of annual operating plans, monthly management accounts, accurate forecasting and driving improved efficiency will be critical to success, as will:

* Developing close working relationships with key stakeholders to provide financial and commercial representation.
* Displaying excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgement.
* Interpreting financial and operating data to identify and maximise opportunities.
* Prioritising capital expenditure and preparing financial justifications to support business cases.
* Effectively managing a small team.
