Family Partners are dynamic individuals who work flexibly alongside families when they need it most, to help them meet their individual goals.
We have a combination of full and part-time positions to enable us to work flexibly e.g. early mornings, after school or weekends. This helps us focus on the needs of families at times when they need us most. We provide practical support to help with a range of issues including parenting, managing children’s challenging behaviour, help with routines at breakfast, meal times and bedtimes.
The work we do is often challenging, but highly rewarding. If you have a real desire and passion to make a positive difference to the lives of children and families; have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in health, social care, education or other related area, then you may be one of our Family Partners.
And while you're taking action for children, we'll be taking action to make sure you're fulfilled, with ongoing support and training.
