Family Group Support/Outreach Worker
Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under 5 years of age.
We require a Family Group Support/Outreach Worker who will be responsible for supporting families within a Family Group setting, organising activities within the group, as well as supporting a caseload of families.
The post is funded for 1 year with a possibility of extension if funding is available.
