Converting to an Academy with Academy Transformation Trust in January 2013
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, forward thinking professional to play a key role in the leadership structure of this newly formed All-Through (4-19) academy. This post offers an opportunity to share in this exiting development in education and to participate in the strategic direction of the academy from its early stages.
The post will focus on the strategic and operational lead of all non-curriculum activities of the Academy including the development of business and finance systems, estate management and the delivery of HR management.
You will have a proven track record of success at senior level within a large organisation and demonstrate a commitment to the support of educational excellence for all our students. Experience of financial and budgetary management is essential along side highly developed planning and organisation skills.
