Design & Production Editor - Anglia Afloat, Norwich - Archant Anglia
We have an opportunity for an experienced magazine designer who wants to develop full design and publishing skills by playing a lead role in our small Anglia Afloat team, based in Norwich.
In addition to excellent design skills and a proven track record in magazine production, you will have a genuine interest in boating, with an understanding of the ‘language’ and the audience needs. This is an added strength that will be considered within your application.
You will be required to:
* Design magazines including the research and commission of images, illustrations and commissioned content to build the audience and commercial success of your title in print and online, to achieve and exceed target profit developments
* Lead production process re liaison on plans and schedules with all appropriate departments
* Design and implement materials to market the magazine to readership and advertisers
* Update content as required onto Archant websites and play an active role in social media activity
The ability to communicate with people at all levels, to express ideas clearly and confidently is essential for this role.
