Classic Drinks, who are part of the Booker Group, have over 30 years experience as a specialist On Trade Wholesaler supplying Wine, Beer, Sprits and Soft Drinks to Pubs, Bars and Hotels.

We are currently undergoing a period of rapid expansion and are looking to recruit a Depot Manager, who will set up the Classic Drinks depot, having ultimate responsibility for ensuring the depot is trading efficiently, safely and within legal constraints; offering the highest customer service standards at all times.

This is a hands-on role, where you will be required to manage, maintain and operate an effective distribution depot, whilst being part of the team that is responsive to operational requirements, ensuring stock is ordered appropriately, daily pick volume is achieved and goods are delivered on time. This is a Fantastic opportunity to build and shape our expansion in East Anglia.

The ideal candidate for the role will have people management skills, previous transport experience and the ability to manage costs to budget controls. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage, as well as work closely as part of a small team to drive excellent service standards for local customers. You must be able to demonstrate your ability through a proven track record in driving improvements, particularly within the delivery sector.
