Customer Advisor opportunities – Call Centre (ref: 0155-2)
Salary: from £14,178 to £17,722 per annum plus excellent benefits
Based at St.Mary’s, Lowestoft
Permanent full time 37 hours per week working between
8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rotational basis We currently have permanent opportunities available within the Billing Call Centre team in our Lowestoft office working varying shift patterns between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8.00am to 1.00pm. Saturdays are currently worked on a rotational basis.
We are looking for confident, talented communicators capable of being developed within our contact centre. Your role will involve a significant amount of time communicating with and responding to customer enquiries about their water bills, as well as carrying out a range of administrative tasks using bespoke computer systems and manual practices. We don’t sell anything, but we want our customers to leave their call confident that their query has been fully resolved – right first time every time.
You will possess a relevant national qualification framework Level 2 qualification, which can be five GCSE passes (grade C or above), an NVQ Level 2, or equivalent. You will also be committed to quality, fairness and consistency and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of customer service, underpinned by comprehensive computer and keyboarding skills.
