A Different and Challenging Marketing Role
We are the Institution of Engineering and Technology, one of the largest professional institutions with more than
150,000 members plus 300,000 other customers across 127 countries. We are based in large open-plan offices in Stevenage, with three other UK locations, including a prestigious office in London, and local offices around the world. We employ around 500 staff and work with thousands of active volunteers to deliver an unbeatable portfolio of products and services to our members and other customers. Financially stable throughout 140 years of service to Engineers and Technicians, we have a relevant 21st century strategy with ambitious plans and now need an outstanding manager to help drive our organisation towards meeting our goals for our 150th Anniversary and beyond. This is a challenging new role – and our expectations are high.
CRM Marketing Manager
Do you love Marketing? Are you really interested in Customer data and systems? Can you define and implement marketing campaign best practice? Can you manage multiple stakeholders – internally and externally?

The CRM Marketing Manager is a crucial role in ensuring that we make the best possible use of all our customer data (Members and others). You will have responsibility for ensuring the quality of the data, working with customer services and IT. You will work with the marketing managers to ensure best practice and to maximise the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You will be a key stakeholder in the definition, design and implementation of new marketing systems. You will analyse our marketing performance, advising on improvements. In short, you will be our customer data and marketing systems guru. This role is hugely important to us. We need someone to take this role forward, building on the successes of the current holder. Salary commensurate with experience with full benefits package.
