Due to expansion, the following positions are available at our Great Yarmouth site:
CNC MACHINIST X 2 (REF: WFD 665)
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, and joining the Production team, your role will be to operate CNC turning/milling centres. You will be a skilled machinist with experience in CNC machining gained from within an engineering machine shop environment. You will be competent in setting and operating CNC turning/milling centres. Mazak / Fanuc programming experience would be an advantage. You will also need to have basic IT literacy skills and be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Two shift patterns are available for these two positions, Friday - Sunday 3 x 12 hour shifs per week on 6am till 6pm days. Secondly, 4 x I0 hour shifts 6am till 4pm Monday - Thursday rotating weekly 4 x 10 hour shifts 4pm till 2am. A 33.3% premium is payable for both shift patterns. Working hours are 40 per week, with the exception of the weekend shift which is 36 per week In return, we offer a good working environment and an excellent compensation package to include: pension, private healthcare, disability insurance. life assurance and a holiday entitlement of 25 days, plus statutory days.
