Does your current job make a real difference to people's lives. Here is one that will. As a support worker, you will be working in a small residential home supporting people with a learning disability to live their lives the way that they want to.
Your role will require you to have good communication skills and be able to support people in many varied ways, inline with their individual needs.
This involves being available 24hrs, 7 days a week, so shift work is required on a rota basis which includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-in duties.
We have an excellent induction programme, so experience is not essential, but a willingness to learn and undertake training is essential.
