Based at King’s Court Council Offices
You will assist with the management and valuation of all council owned property and be responsible for commercial, industrial and leisure lettings and the acquisition and disposal of assets ensuring that we achieve
maximum profitability and provide a quality service to the council. This is an opportunity for you as a recent graduate, or part way through your APC, that will provide the broad scope of work necessary for you to progress through your APC towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Temporary Regeneration Projects Officer
Salary between £24,312 and £29,055
Maternity Cover – Initially 6 month contract
Based at King’s Court Council Office
You will support major regeneration programmes and projects in their implementation and project management. You will also provide technical and project management support to the Regeneration Programmes Manager to assist in the successful delivery of complex technical construction and financial projects. You must have experience of working within projects including procurement and client management with some knowledge of project management, and have experience of working with external partners and consultants.
You will have good communication skills including the ability to management expectations and bring together conflicting interests and ideas within community groups.

Recreation Assistant
(2 Posts St James/Downham) – 37 hours
You will lifeguard the swimming pools, complete reception duties, cleaning tasks, customer services and general day to day operations as needed. You will have the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or be able to gain this on
starting.
Part Time Receptionist
(St James) – 22.5 hours
You will effectively deal with enquiries and bookings made in person or by telephone, maximising sales opportunities and customer satisfaction, stock control and cash handling. You must have excellent communication skills and customer experience.
Part Time Cleaner
(St James) – 22 hours
With previous cleaning experience you will be self-motivated, take pride in your work and have good customer care skills, to ensure the Centre is kept clean and safe for customers at all times.
Swimming Instructors
(St James/Downham) – Casual Contract – £10.02ph
You will instruct children and adults to learn the techniques of swimming ranging from beginners to advanced level swimmers. You must have a current nationally recognised A.S.A level 2 teachers qualification with teaching experience
