Administrator / Care Co-ordinator
25 hours per week
Monday to Friday 11.30am to 4.30pm
Crossroads Care provides support for carers and the people they care for. We work with over 35,000 individuals and their families, helping carers to make a life of their own outside of their caring responsibilities. We are currently seeking an administrator / care coordinator to provide administrative support for our Care Scheme Service staff with an emphasis on the coordination and organisation of client and care worker rostering.
The successful applicant will require experience in rostering and co-ordinating staff work plans -preferably within a care providing environment. Have good administrative and IT skills, coupled with an ability to work well under pressure and be a participative and supportive team member.
