We offer a different approach to providing day services and we are looking for exceptional people to add to our experienced and diverse staff team which provide community based support to people with a range of learning and physical disabilities, including autism, some of whom can display challenging behaviours.
Our person centred programme is varied and stimulating and activities involve all aspects of the local community. Everyday is different and you will need to be creative and flexible, to ensure the service we deliver continues to meets the needs of the people who use it. The work can be demanding but very rewarding.
