Description: Manpower are currently recruiting on behalf of a transport and logistics client in Bury St. Edmunds for 2 x Customer Service Advisors.
The duties of Customer Service Advisors are typically to deal with customers over the phone and take and process orders. There is a large aspect of administration involved in this role.
There will be an element of credit control involved, dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiating re-payment plans.
A strong customer focus, first class communication skills and a professional approach are key to success in this role.
This role is offered on a long term, ongoing contract basis
Typical qualifications and experience: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
