Description: DV Cleared Testers - Cheltenham - £350 - £500 per day - URGENT!
My client has an urgent requirement for DV cleared Test Analysts / Performance Test Analysts to join their team in Cheltenham.
Responsibilities:
*Writing Test Conditions and Test Scripts (Functional and Non-Functional) for technical and business solutions from functional documents, use cases and business Processes
*Working in constantly changing fast paced environments
*Writing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Iteration Test Plans and Test Reports
*Communicate with Clients, Managers and people at all levels in a clear and concise manner, using graphs, reports and other means.
*Liaise with and work closely with various departments of the project i.e. developers, clients, analysts to gain understanding of product and resolve faults/defects
*Being involved in the full life cycle development -requirements analysis/ review to UAT
*Preparing Test Data/Data Set up, resources & Environment checks & set-up
*Risk Analysis and Gap Analysis
*Reviewing use cases and other requirement docs for conflicting requirements
*Reviewing test conditions and scripts created by other team members.
*Execute test scripts (functional and non-functional)
*Execute Performance Test Scripts
*Review test plans and test reports
*Review test progress against timescales and re-plan as necessary
*Actively log and report bugs/defects
*Present results to keep managers and team members up to date with test progress and faults/bugs found
*Keep mangers and team members up to date with the number of bugs raised and their status.
*Regression testing
*Produce regression pack for re-testing of software produced
*Update test conditions and scripts as necessary for re-use
*Knowledge share with team members (both new and old)
*Learning about new tools (research)
Skills and Experience:
*Previous testing experience
*Previous Performance Testing experience
*ISEB Qualified
