Description: SITE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - BATH - £40,000
A world leading manufacturing and process engineering company in the Bath area are currently seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.
The main function of the Electrical Engineer role will be to manage a small team of electrical technicians and have a full responsibility for all electrical engineering activities on site. This will involve supporting the maintenance, process improvement and installations of all production and process equipment.
Other tasks will involve managing external contractors and investigating electrical failures and carrying out root cause analysis to provide permanent solutions to avoid repeats.
In order to be considered candidates will need to be Degree/HNC educated in an electrical engineering discipline and have significant technical experience within a process industry such as pharmaceutical, print, chemical, oil, power generation, paper or packaging.
Candidates will need to have 16th or 17th Edition and have PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens). Previous man management experience is also essential
The role is a Monday to Friday site based position working 37.5 hours a week. As well as a competitive salary the role comes with an excellent benefits package which includes pension, healthcare, life assurance and a share save scheme.
